01 - WHO WE ARE
This site is operated by Dataflow Solutions SRL, IDNO 1026600006584, registered in Chișinău, Moldova. For anything in this policy, write to contact@dataflow.software.
02 - WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
It covers the dataflow.software website and the ways you can contact us from it. It does not cover the products we build for clients; those have their own policies described separately in their respective documentation.
03 - DATA WE COLLECT
Three kinds. What you send through the enquiry form (name, email, company, message). What our meeting scheduling service shares with us when you book a call (their privacy policy governs the booking itself). Standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested), kept for security and spam prevention.
04 - WHY WE USE IT
To reply to you, prepare proposals, and run projects you hire us for. Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell data, run ads, or profile visitors.
05 - COOKIES
We set no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, and it never leaves your device. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site. The "/start" page embeds Calendly’s booking calendar; Calendly asks for its own cookie consent inside that widget, and its privacy policy governs what happens there.
06 - WHERE IT LIVES, HOW LONG
The site runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and enquiries are stored in a database hosted with Cloudflare (data location: European Economic Area). Enquiry notifications are delivered by Resend, and call bookings are handled by Calendly; each acts as a processor under contract. We keep enquiry correspondence up to 12 MONTHS, then delete it.
07 - YOUR RIGHTS
\You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to our use of it. Write to the contact address above; we reply within one business day. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
08 - CHANGES
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page for 30 days.
