01 - WHO THESE TERMS ARE FOR
These terms cover the use of the dataflow.software website and the way engagements with Dataflow Solutions SRL (ltd) begin. The work itself is always governed by a written agreement we sign together before a project starts; that agreement takes precedence over anything displayed here.
02 - WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE
Projects start with a written proposal: scope, milestones, timeline and price. We deliver in milestones you can verify yourself, and we document decisions as we go. Discovery work is paid and fixed-scope, and its outputs are yours to keep regardless of who ends up building.
03 - WHAT YOU OWN
Upon payment, you own the work: source code in your accounts, infrastructure under your control, and the data your product produces. We build in no lock-in: on payment you can move the work to another team at any time unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
04 - WHAT WE PROMISE ABOUT THE SITE
The content on this site is provided in good faith and for information. Case studies describe real projects with the client’s permission. We make no warranty that the site itself is uninterrupted or error-free.
05 - LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Dataflow Solutions SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability within a project is defined in the project agreement.
06 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Project agreements may choose a different governing law where both sides agree in writing.
07 - CHANGES
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes get a note on this page for 30 days.
