A revenue-intelligence platform for short-term-rental operators, taken from a business plan to a launched product.
01 — The problem
People starting out in the short-term rental industry have a dilemma when it comes to choosing digital tools to manage their portfolios. Conventional software often is too expensive for someone just starting out with a relatively small portfolio, and spreadsheets are too slow and disorganized.
Elvirio Host comes as the solution, being positioned towards people with growing portfolios, while still being accessible enough and easy to understand, so that anyone can pick it up and use it.

04 — How we built it
Study
Working sessions with the founders turned years of running rentals into written requirements, before any code existed.
Architect
The platform was designed as a whole: calendars, pricing, deals, and billing planned together, so every later feature had somewhere to land.
Build
Delivery in milestones the founders could log into and try, each one checked against the written plan before the next began.
Launch
Subscriptions, onboarding, and monitoring went live together. The first real signup arrived in August 2026.

TESTING
Automated and manual tests grew with the platform, heaviest where mistakes cost real money: subscription billing, calendar sync, and the calculations behind every deal verdict.
PRODUCTION
The platform is currently live and is gradually growing the number of real users using it. With a planned appearance at Proptech connect 2026.
